To emphasize the importance of education and our desire to have post-secondary graduates enter into the construction sector, the Mechanical Contractors Association Kitchener-Waterloo established a Scholarship Program.
Preference is given to those pursuing a career in the Mechanical Contracting industry and all applicants must be the son or daughter of persons who are full-time salaried employees within the Mechanical division of Association Members.
The award is based on academic achievement as well as extra-curricular activities, work experience, employment references and a written submission by the applicant outlining why they are deserving of the award.
